Cooked up by Gilbert M, the Kandy Man's bones were brought to Terra Alpha in a suitcase, where he was installed as the ruthless Helen A's executioner. A psychopath made of caramel, sherbet, toffee and marzipan, the Kandy Man supervised the "fondant surprise", where those found guilty of gross displays of public unhappiness were drowned in icing. He was melted by his own execution methods as he tried to escape the collapse of Helen A's empire.
